LOW AND LIMITED STOCK
A major challenge we are still facing during the pandemic is supply chain issues. The stock of all products is at all-time lows as demand still outpaces supply. You will notice that many products that we carry are currently displayed as 'out of stock. If you are looking to purchase a product that is not currently available, we suggest signing up on the product page to be notified by email once the item is back in stock.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed, we will do everything we can to have it dispatched as quickly as possible. We will attempt to address all order modification or cancellation requests to the best of our ability, however, we provide no guarantee of being able to do so before the order dispatches.
SHIPPING
Shipping carriers are processing an unprecedented volume of parcels as the increase in online shopping due to COVID-19 combines with the current demand. Although nearly all our packages are still being delivered as usual in a timely fashion, we are noticing an increase in the number of parcels that get delayed. Hopefully, your package is not delayed but be prepared for possible delays just in case.
